Historically accurtate to the originals, the Moollon VS-59 makes use of vintage-spec
sandcast AlNiCo5 magnets and 42AWG Heavy Formvar magnetic coil, finished with
handworked bobbins and cloth-covered wire.

As the "tall D" of the 1954 model, the magent on the D string sits the highest. As most
modern electric guitars do not make use of a wound 3rd (G) string, the G magnet it is
lowered in order to deliver a finer uniformity in volume balance.
