IMPRESSIVE SOUND IN A METAL BODY
Compact effectors by hand-made shop "Moollon" just arrived on Japan.
Distinctive appearance of each model is as impressive as the quality of sound.
"Distortion" reproduces cranked-up sound of vintage tube amps, and "Overdrive" features natural and solid distortion sound.
"Signal Boost" can boost input signal up to 12dB and is quite useful when you need more gain at the maximum level of an amp.
"Tremolo" simulates the tremolo effect on vintage tube amps.
TEST REPORT
Among the 4 models, we tested "Distortion" this time. It is of smooth and thick distortion sound.
You might say that it feels like the distortion sound of the early "Big Muff Pi".
You can get a good lead sound when you set it up like the picture right - maximum Dist and low Tone levels.
As the Tone control gets higher, it sounds fuzzier and of course you might like this kind of setup. It's up to you.
